This Grantee Handbook developed by the ETA provides pertinent information regarding the goals and expectations for managing an ETA competitively awarded grant.

SMART 4.0 Training
SMART 4.0 is a series of ten grant management training modules for new and experienced award recipients aimed at providing an understanding of the grant requirements for monitoring, accountability, risk Mitigation, and transparency. Modules include: Audits and Audit Resolution; Budget Management and Grant Modifications; Cost Allocation and Indirect Cost; Cost Principles and Cost Classification; ETA Grant Management; Financial Reporting; How to Write an Effective Monitoring Report Using the 4 Cs and 5 Whys; Monitoring and Oversight; Procurement Standards and Methods; and Subrecipient Management.

Uniform Guidance 2019 Overview Online Training
This training provides an overview of the Office of Management and Budget’s Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance), located in Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 200 (2 CFR Part 200).

Core Monitoring Guide (CMG)
This is a tool that ETA federal staff use to review grant recipients’ core activities. The CMG provides a consistent framework that allows Federal staff to assess the compliance of a grant recipient in meeting the requirements outlined in the grant agreement. The ETA Grantee Handbook is presented in seven sections containing pertinent information that you need to know regarding the goals and expectations for managing an ETA grant.
