Building Pathways Coaching and Technical Assistance Resources
Building Pathways grantees have access to coaching and technical assistance designed to provide consistent support, flexible engagement options, and opportunities to connect with peers and subject matter experts across the portfolio
Coaching and technical assistance strategies include:
- Monthly touchpoints aligned to grantee priorities, progress, and performance outcomes
- Multiple ways to engage with coaching and technical assistance, including: 1:1 coaching sessions, peer learning sessions with fellow grantees, and office hours and targeted small group sessions with subject matter experts.
- A centralized, regularly updated quarterly calendar of events and resources, available on WorkforceGPS

JFF Menu of TA Services
The Building Pathways Grant Program presents an exciting opportunity for public-private partnerships to develop, implement, and scale worker-centered sector strategy training programs that train and prepare the skilled workforce needed to meet the demands of the sizeable infrastructure investment made through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
