SMEs:
Stuart Bass - American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO), Working for America Institute
Stuart is a subject matter expert with over 20 years of experience working with industry stakeholders and intermediaries to form partnerships for apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs. His work with the AFL-CIO Working for America Institute includes engaging workers and union affiliates to support apprenticeship program design.

Jack Clark - Transportation Learning Center (TLC)
Jack is a recognized national expert on the transportation industry workforce. His expertise includes registered apprenticeship programs, labor management partnerships, recruitment and advancement, and training standards.

Susan Wheeler - Center for Energy Workforce Development (CEWD)
Susan is an expert in energy industry workforce development. She led development and delivery of clean energy sector programs and partnerships for Sacramento Municipal Utility District. Her expertise includes cross-collaboration, program design, career pathways, project design, labor engagement.
