Building Pathways Quarterly Peer-to-Peer Learning Session Promising Practices
Quarterly Peer-to-Peer Learning Call #1:
On June 27, 2024, the technical assistance team hosted the first Building Pathways quarterly peer learning call. Grantees expressed interest in understanding how their peer organizations, such as workforce boards, community-based organizations, and universities/colleges, approach foundational grant execution topics.
Quarterly Peer-to-Peer Learning Call #2:
On September 30, 2024, the technical assistance team hosted the second Building Pathways quarterly peer learning call. Grantees expressed interest in understanding how grantees with similar industry and occupation focus approach foundational grant execution topics.
Quarterly Peer-to-Peer Learning Call #3:
On December 19, 2024, the technical assistance team hosted the third Building Pathways quarterly peer learning call. Grantees expressed interest in recruitment, retention, and supportive services, with a specific focus on insights and challenges in areas such as recruiting from special populations, peer-to-peer strategies for retention, and improving participants’ awareness of supportive services.
