TEGL No. 14-18, Aligning Performance Accountability Reporting, Definitions, and Policies Across Workforce Employment and Training Programs Administered by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
This TEGL aligns and streamlines performance indicators and requirements across 15 DOL ETA programs to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) performance indicators while also rescinding and eliminating outdated performance guidance for these programs in addition to clarifying existing ETA performance accountability policies that changed due to WIOA.

To promote a framework for all workforce stakeholders, including infrastructure project leads, to engage the public workforce system in implementing the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law with strong workforce commitments and proven strategies that produce high-quality education, training, and employment opportunities for all workers.
TEN No. 19-22, Reporting Training in the DOL Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL)
To provide clarification and alignment of the reporting of training types in the PIRL and promote consistent and reliable data analysis across the DOL’s employment and training programs.
